Behind the growth of every thriving green cultivation area are the people who quietly dedicate their time, experience, and hard work to each growing season. At VIGINSENG, farmers have never been viewed as mere workers on the sidelines of development. They are the very people who work alongside us to lay the solid foundations for every medicinal herb cultivation area we establish.
At the Lac Duong experimental farm, the first local farmers have begun working alongside our team of experts in an effort to acclimatize and cultivate precious ginseng varieties. Although this initiative is still in its early stages, involving only a small group of farming households, our greatest aspiration is to expand the model once the acclimatization process has been successfully completed. This will serve as a foundation for creating sustainable livelihoods, providing more local families with stable employment and long-term opportunities to build their futures in their own communities.
Our close collaboration with local communities, including the Raglai people in the Bac Ai cultivation area, demonstrates our enduring commitment to shared development. Here, we work hand in hand with farming households through every stage, from land preparation and the transfer of detailed cultivation techniques to ensuring reliable market access for their harvests. This partnership empowers farmers to move beyond simply supplying raw materials, enabling them to take greater control of their livelihoods and become essential contributors to the value chain.
